Panama City → Valle de Antón
Motorcycle and helmet handover at Overland Motorcycles at 8 AM and route briefing. Ride to Valle de Antón (about 128 km): volcanic landscapes, waterfalls, lush trails and local markets. Overnight in Valle de Antón.

Valle de Antón
A full day in the valley: mountains, waterfalls, nature and wildlife. Overnight in Valle de Antón.

Valle de Antón → Santa Fe
Ride deeper into the mountains of Veraguas (about 191 km). Discover the El Bermejo waterfalls, high-altitude coffee farms, orchids and Ngäbe artisans. Overnight in Santa Fe.

Ride down to the Pacific coast. Overnight in Santa Catalina.

Santa Catalina: Coiba Island
The gateway to Coiba National Park: turquoise water, abundant marine life and some of Panama’s most pristine beaches. Overnight in Santa Catalina.

Santa Catalina → Boca Chica
Ride towards Boca Chica (about 225 km), a laid-back fishing village on the Pacific coast with pristine beaches and lush nature. Overnight in Boca Chica.

Boca Chica archipelago
A day on white sand beaches, swimming in clear waters and discovering hidden island gems. Overnight in Boca Chica.

Boca Chica → Boquete
Ride through Panama’s coffee-growing region (about 104 km). Boquete: lush mountains, world-renowned coffee and waterfalls. Overnight in Boquete.

Boquete
A scenic ride through volcanic mountains and world-famous coffee country, with fresh mountain air and spectacular landscapes. Overnight in Boquete.

Boquete → Bocas del Toro
The final riding day takes you from the mountains to Panama’s Caribbean coast (about 200 km). Leave the motorcycles securely, then continue by boat to the islands of Bocas del Toro. Overnight in Bocas del Toro.

A full day to discover the archipelago: explore the islands by boat, swim in crystal-clear water, visit hidden beaches or enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. Overnight in Bocas del Toro.

A final morning in the Caribbean before your onward journey. End of the Overland Motorcycles adventure.
